2009 Lexus Project GS by Five Axis revealed at SEMA 2008
Troy Sumitomo of Five Axis automotive design wowed the crowd at the 2007 SEMA Show with the Lexus Project IS-F. This year at the 2008 SEMA Show, Sumitomo is at it again with the Project GS.
As soon as you lay your eyes on the Five Axis Project GS, youre attracted to the widebody conversion kit with custom formulated Satin Titanium Pearl paint with some onyx and papaya accents. The Project GS concept sits on 20-inch FIVE AD Onyx R5 wheels wrapped in Yokohama Advan concept tires with the tread designed by Five Axis itself.
Five Axis also provides a boost in the performance area with a custom fabricated exhaust with dual finishers. The suspension has also been lowered along with sport shocks. Braking power comes from 355mm x 32mm rotors with 6-pistons at the rear with a bolt-in-bridge caliper - the front carries 345mm x 28mm rotors with 4-pistons.
