Falcon Tyres BOD recommends dividend

Leading manufactures and markets a wide range of nylon bias ply  tyres and  butyl tubes for two  and three wheelers, passenger cars, Falcon Tyres Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 30, 2008, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend of 35% for the year ended March 31, 2008, subject to approval of shareholders.
