On April 16, Jinan Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau issued the document of Jinan Environmental Establishment Pre-acceptance [2009]13, that meant the accomplishment of Sinotruk Changqing Heavy Truck Industrial Park Project passed the pre-acceptance of environmental protection, and was put into operation.

Recently, Jinan Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau organized and held Environmental Protection Pre-acceptance Conference on the accomplishment of Sinotruk Changqing Heavy Truck Industrial Park Project in Sinotruk Changqing Industrial Park, inspecting the implementation situation of the environmental protection of this Project. The pre-acceptance group listened to the report on the implementation situation of “Triple Simultaneity” of the environmental protection of this Project gave by Rubber-Plastic Components Department, inspected the construction site of the Project on spot, examined and verified relative materials, and had a discussion.

Sinotruk Changqing Industrial Park constructs drainage system according to the principal of “distributing the clear water and waste water, and distributing the rain water and waste water”, constructing a waste water deposition station; each kind of sewage lagoons and pipe network adopt anti-seepage measurement; emits each kind of exhaust gas through exhaust funnel after the filter of activated carbon adsorption equipments; adopts denoise measurements including sound insulation and fundamental shock absorption etc. on manufacturing equipments; recycles and utilizes excess stocks and scraps; the solid scraps are deposited by scrap deposition units approved by the Environmental Protection Bureau; and let sanitation departments clear and transport outward the routine scraps to deposit innoxiously.

Experts participated in the Conference thought that Sinotruk Changqing Heavy Truck Industrial Park Project implemented Environmental Affection Evaluation and “Triple Simultaneity” Management System, with a complete environmental protection management organization and environmental management system, allocating special environmental protection management staff to response for the normal operation of environmental protection equipments, and implementing each environmental protection measurement proposed by Environmental Affection Report and Environmental Evaluation Reply.
