of course it is pointless, if you have to haul 6 people around, but then you wouldnt buy this vehicle, you would most likely get an escalade EXT.The alpha male who might have one child sees this as the eprfect SUV and excuse to get something that handles well and can haul their 1 childs sports gear in the rear hatch. i love the X6. I have driven both engines and the vehicles handles so well. for me, it is not pointless because i have no kids, make decent money and i am single. its all relative if you feel it is pointless or not. figure out the target market first before you decide whether a vehicle is pointless or not.
