GM turns 100 tomorrow, production Chevy Volt will be revealed
Join us bright and early tomorrow as GM celebrates its 100th year and kicks off its second century. GM will be providing you guys with live coverage starting 8:00 am EDT on GMnext.com. At 10:30 well join Chairman Bob Lutz for some chatting in the GMnext.com chat room (that chats are open to public). At 1:30 pm GM will hold the Future of Transportation: The Next 100 Years discussing whats in store for GM in the coming years.

The activities begin at 8:00 a.m. EDT on September 16, 2008 the day GM officially turns 100. Complete information can be found by visiting http://day.gmnext.com. Activities for the day include:
- Global Broadcast: GMnext Day will begin at 8:00 a.m. with a Global Broadcast Preshow followed by the live Global Broadcast at 8:30 a.m. EDT from GMs headquarters at the Renaissance Center in Detroit and from four additional GM locations including Russelsheim, Germany; Shanghai, China; Mexico City, Mexico and Sao Paulo, Brazil. The Broadcast will highlight technologies, global products, GM leaders and future leaders from around the world. The Global Broadcast will stream live on GMnext.com for public viewing.
