Dana to sell Ohio headquarters

Dana Holding Corp., the vehicle axle and frame maker that exited bankruptcy in February, agreed to sell its headquarters in Toledo, Ohio, to Health Care REIT Inc., Bloomberg News reported Thursday.

The auto-parts maker plans to move its corporate offices to its technology center in Maumee, Ohio, by mid-2009, according to a statement on PR Newswire. Dana and the Toledo-based real estate investment trust didn't provide financial terms of their accord.
